How Are We Different?
1. We Treat You On Your First Visit
Most Chiropractic clinics will perform a new patient consultation which includes a case history and physical examination on your first visit. They will then ask you return for your report of findings (to tell you what is wrong with you) and your first treatment at a later date. They will normally charge for both visits separately.
We used to do this too until we asked our patients what they thought. They overwhelmingly told us that they would have preferred treatment on their first visit. So now, that is what we do.
In cases where further investigations are necessary or time simply does not allow, treatment may take place at a later date but this is extremely rare.

2. No Lengthy Treatment Or Payment Plans
In our experience, the vast majority of muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and nerve problems respond to treatment within four visits. That is not to say that you will be cured in four visits (although you might) but that you will feel a reasonable improvement within that time frame.
If there is no improvement at all within four visits, you have most likely been misdiagnosed or your problem simply will not respond to this type of treatment. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be referred in writing to an appropriate healthcare practitioner, specialist or GP for further investigation, providing that you are happy for us to do so.
