In our experience, the vast majority of muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and nerve problems respond to treatment within four visits. That is not to say that you will be cured within four visits (although you might) but that you will feel a significant improvement within that time frame.
When you are back to your best, you will be given a simple, tailor-made exercise programme to help keep you that way.
You may feel that you require an occasional maintenance treatment to keep you at 100% once you are back to your best. However, this is completely optional and very much down to the individual.
